Our multi-turn assessment is designed to simulate a real interview experience — and it's the flagship feature of our platform. Unlike regular Premium, where your answer is graded immediately, here you'll receive guided questions that steer you toward the ideal response if you don't get it right away. It's a short back-and-forth conversation (up to 3 exchanges) between you and the AI interviewer, working together to reach the correct answer. The model always references the gold-standard answer from our proprietary database, giving it full context to act as a genuine interviewer. This experience is unique to Neuraprep and cannot be replicated elsewhere.

Coding questions are evaluated using unit tests tailored to each problem. Quizzes are graded by comparing your answers directly to the correct solutions. For our 'Questions' section, we use a proprietary ML-powered essay marking system. It compares your answers against hand-crafted ideal responses from our database, identifying whether you've covered the key concepts interviewers look for — providing assessments that are both accurate and meaningful.

All interview question answers on our platform are crafted by our two technical co-founders, who hold advanced degrees in AI from renowned universities and bring over 8 years of combined industry experience. They've built large-scale ML systems and recommendation engines serving millions of users at leading tech companies, with research contributions that have garnered over 80 citations across Python, PyTorch, AWS, GCP, MLOps, distributed computing, and quantitative finance. One of our co-founders is a Lead Machine Learning Engineer who has personally interviewed over 100 candidates — meaning the content is shaped by someone who has sat on both sides of the table.

We've built what we believe is the most comprehensive list of data and ML interview questions available today. Questions are sourced from platforms like Glassdoor, Blind, Quora, Stack Overflow, and YouTube, as well as our own writing and reputable public blogs. Every question on our platform has been used in a real interview. For foundational questions like 'What is the bias-variance tradeoff?', a specific source may not always be traceable — but their importance in interviews is undisputed. For coding questions: ML interviews often involve take-home assignments rather than live coding sessions. Where that's the case, we've adapted shorter challenges to reflect the kinds of ML coding problems commonly seen in industry — problems you're unlikely to find on platforms like LeetCode.

You can cancel at any time. From the dashboard, click the user icon in the top right, hover over your active plan to reveal the 'Manage' option, then click 'Cancel Subscription' on the subscription management page.

Yes — cancelling does not cut off access immediately. You'll retain all plan perks until the end of your current billing period. We use Stripe for payments, one of the most trusted and secure payment processors available. No hidden fees, and you can cancel anytime.

You can switch between Premium and Premium Plus at any time. When upgrading, you'll only be charged the prorated difference immediately. To manage your plan, go to your account settings and open the Billing & Subscription section. If you run into any issues, contact our support team.
